Who are we and what do we do?

AEIIA is located in Simcoe, Ontario, Canada

AEIIA was born in 2007 to supply customers with a proper and secure environment to run their stores. Quentin Dixon, our chief system administrator is also a support team member of the Zen Cart open source project.
Customer relationships are very important to us here at AEIIA because without them there is no us! We are big enough to handle the job but small enough to stay personal and know you!

If you have an issue about PCI Compliance or need help deciphering your scan results, all you need to do is call. Most times we can clear things up as a false positive or help you rectify your issue with our own contacts at your ASV company. Businesses of today have lost touch with their clients, if you want a breath of fresh air, feel free to contact us!

We own our Datacenter

Most hosts rent space within a datacenter. We own and run the whole datacenter.

This insures that we have full control and security over every server.

We pride ourselves with a 99.95% Uptime. Occasionally things happen or scheduled outages are required to maintain equipment. 99.95 Uptimes means there could be 4.5 Hours of downtime per year.

All of infrastructure runs on gigabit cables from server to pipe with no bottlenecks. You will have snappy web performance latency. Every server unit is protected by it's own UPS and protected by our Natual Gas backup power generators.

Security

AEIIA adhears to the security standards of PCI, PIPEDA, HIPPA and GDRP. We configure all of our systems to meet or exceed these standards. We force all accounts into encrypted format by default (SSL.)
