Yes. After building your store or website we will give you a run-through on how to use it and additional instructions. If you have further questions you can reach out to us.

Why do Zen Cart upgrades need to be quoted?

Zen Cart upgrades need to be quoted because no website is the same. A fairly easy upgrade can take 5-6 hours of work. As you get into more complicated websites we actually rebuild the site updating your template, all of your plugins that you have installed, update the database structure and merge and update any custom coding that might be in there. This takes a lot longer and needs to be identified before giving you a price.

Why does a Wordpress site need to be quoted?

Wordpress sites can be simple starting at $500. There are many aspects that will increase the price like how many pages need to be created, what type of template do you require, are you building a woocommerce store and what kind of custom coding do you require?

How long does a build process take?

Generally 30 Days. This time can increase if we are waiting on the client for pictures, logos, verbiage or 3rd party integrations or API credentials.
